Don’t Ignore Covid Protocols’

Dr. M.Y. Ceaser

Chief Executive Officer of M.Y. Ventures, Dr. M.Y. Ceaser, has advised Ghanaians not to ignore public health measures intended to slow the spread of Covid-19.

According to him, mask wearing and social distancing are effective ways to contain the virus, but noted that many people are not following the rules.

The spread of the coronavirus left public spaces eerily silent during the lockdown, disrupting business activities and slowing down the national economy.

Addressing journalists in Kumasi after donating packs of lina energy tea to Manhyia towards the final funeral rites of Nana Kusi Ankra, Abusuapanin, Dr. Ceaser said people are still struggling to get to grips with the reality of life with Covid-19.

He indicated that it seemed people were not concerned about their risk of death from the virus, intimating that despite the World Health Organisation and other public health bodies making it clear that the effective way to slow the spread of Covid-19 is by avoiding close contact with other people, many are still failing to take notice.

He stated that the donation was intended to refresh and boost the immune system of Nananom since the aged are more vulnerable to developing complications upon contracting the virus.

“At this period of Covid-19, we need to drink more lina energy tea which is known as the best immune booster,” Dr. Ceaser said.

He explained that the quality of the firm’s products had been maintained, and urged the public to continuously patronise lina energy tea.
