The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has terminated its Private Sector Participation Transaction Agreement with Power Distribution Services (PDS).
ECG made the announcement about the cancellation of the contract in a statement dated Wednesday, October 23, 2019.
It follows the termination of PDS power concession by the Government of Ghana.
