Eli Free To Perform At Alliance Française

Singer, songwriter and composer Eli A. Free, together with the Soul Groove Band, will on Saturday, October 13 showcase some of his recent artistic creations with a magnetic concert at the Alliance Française in Accra.

Dubbed ‘Soul Quest’, Eli and his friends are set to surprise the audience with Afro-pop compositions that will rock the ears of music lovers as they dig deep into their repertoire while engaging the audience with anecdotes.

Also an activist and poet, he has performed on some of Ghana’s biggest stages over the years with friends as they share message of hope, love, pain and freedom from their diaries of music in diverse genres, including soul, Afrobeat, indigenous palm wine music, Indie folk rock, highlife and blues.

Eli, who recently participated in ‘Buzz Meets Biz’, a music business workshop organised by the Goethe-Institut and others in Germany, Spain and Ghana, is inspired by day to day interactions and observations while delivering messages of love, hope and dreams of a better world through his music.

He recently launched a new concept for the arts in Accra by taking his music and poetry to alternative spaces while showcasing his talent to a broader audience. The performance is being powered by Lumière Interactive.
