Talented female gospel artiste, Eva Kingful, will host the second edition of a gospel music concert dubbed “Shammah Praise” at the Apostolic Church Ghana at Nii Boiman Central, near Lapaz Community Hospital, Abeka Lapaz on Sunday at 3pm.
According to Eva Kingful – the headline act, the event, which is expected to attract huge congregation of gospel music lovers, will also feature performing artistes such as Obaapa Christy, Jack Alolomi, Sammy Kissi, K. Anani, Fisher, and a host of others. It is themed: “Celebrating the Word.”
With Eva Kingful sharing the stage with other prolific gospel music icons, an intense ambience of worship would definitely be stirred.
The organisers say the event will be used to officially launch Eva Kingful’s much awaited new album ‘Aseda’, which featured, Jack Alolome, Bro. Sammy, among others.
“The first edition of the event was heavily patronised and characterised by an awesome atmosphere of praise and worship,” she revealed.
“I am ready for a good gospel show on Sunday. I will treat fans who will attend the gospel show with most of my popular hit songs and good stagecraft,” she added.
According to Eva Kingful, a lot has gone into the planning of the event, and she is hopeful that patrons to this Sunday’s concert will no doubt have refreshing experience, even weeks after the show.
She disclosed that plans are far ahead for her to tour some selected countries in Europe, including UK, Spain and Germany, to spread the word of God through music.
