Excitement In Nsawam Over MCE Nomination

The nomination of Owusu Arthur Emmanuel as the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the Nsawam-Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly in the Eastern Region by President Akufo-Addo to replace Isaac Kwadwo Buabeng has elicited excitement from a section of residents in the municipality.

Mr. Owusu Arthur Emmanuel, the Deputy Youth Organiser of the NPP in the area, was overwhelmingly welcomed by the constituents, especially the NPP members, who thanked the President for appointing the MCE.

In an acceptance statement, issued by the party, they noted that they have collectively extended a heartfelt appreciation to President Akufo-Addo for his decision to appoint Mr. Owusu Arthur Emmanuel to the position of Municipal Chief Executive.

According to the statement issued and signed by the Constituency Secretary, Frank Aboagye, the selection of Mr. Owusu reflects the President’s commitment to excellence, leadership, and a vision for a government driven by the best talents.

“We are honoured to express our acceptance and enthusiasm for the appointment of such an exemplary individual to a crucial position within your administration, especially as he is the most capable individual to help the party’s agenda of breaking the eight (8) and garnering massive votes.

“Mr. Owusu Arthur Emmanuel brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and a proven track record of success in management, development, and governance, and most importantly winning election,” the party noted.

“As executives, we recognise the strategic importance of placing someone of Mr. Owusu Arthur Emmanuel’s caliber in the Municipal Chief Executive position. His leadership qualities, innovative thinking, and dedication to public service align seamlessly with the values we collectively uphold,” the statement disclosed.

“We have had the privilege of working with Mr. Owusu Arthur Emmanuel in various capacities, and it is with great confidence that we affirm his ability to work tirelessly and help achieve the party’s agenda of breaking the eight (8).

“We, the Constituency and Polling Station Executives believe that Mr. Owusu Arthur Emmanuel will not only meet but exceed the expectations associated with the Municipal Chief Executive position and the ultimate Party goal of breaking the eight (8). Together, we look forward to building a legacy of impactful governance that will benefit the Ghanaian people for generations to come,” the statement stressed.
