Emmanuel ‘Game Boy’ Tagoe
World title hopeful Emmanuel ‘Game Boy’ Tagoe has told president Mahama his Argentine opponent Fernando David Saucedo will not travel the full distance of their IBO title fight scheduled for November 25 at the Trust Sports Emporium, Accra.
The stylish boxer made the promise at the commissioning of the Trust Sports Emporium in Accra on Tuesday when he asked Mahama when he (Mahama) wants the fight to end.
Responding to which round he intends to stop the visiting opponent Tagoe, who looked trimmed due to training said “I want president Mahama to tell me how far he wants the fight to travel.”
Later, Mahama shot his three fingers in the air signalling round three and the boxer busted into laughter and said “Oh! he says he wants me to stop him in round three, I will do just that for him. I am confident the belt is staying here and I want to dedicate it to all my fans as Christmas present.”
The night will also witness an expected high profile musical performance from Stonebwoy, Tinny, Jupitar, WISA, Nii Funny, Becca, among others.
Chief Executive Officer of Baby Jet Promotions, promoters of the bout Sammy Anim Addo has indicated that preparations have hit top gear to deliver yet another great event.
