GHALCA Honours DAN de Van

Ghana Amputee League Clubs Association (GHALCA), the umbrella  body of amputee football, has honoured Daniel Nii Mensah, CEO of DAN de-Van Group with a citation at his Kanda office for his unflinching support for the sport in the country.

Led by its chairman, Emmanuel Akpabli, players and some officials, the delegation presented a citation to the supporter of disability sports.

The citation read ‘Ghana Amputee League Clubs Association (GHALCA) appreciates you for supporting the 2018 Ghana Amputee League. We say thank you and to your company DAN de Van Group for a great work done.’

And responding to the gesture, the DAN de-Van chief said “I am really honoured for this recognition; it will certainly motivate me to do more for disability sports in general and football in particular, I’m grateful.”

GHALCA chairman, Akpabli told the media “He has really done a lot for amputee football in the country; his efforts saw the successful maiden edition of the amputee league in Ghana. We owe him a lot for his support.”

DAN de-Devan, a full service transportation and logistics company, is noted for its unflinching support for disability sports in the country.
