The Ghana Health Service (GHS) has recorded 470 more cases of Covid-19 infections.
The country’s case count has thus shot up to 24, 988.
Meanwhile, the number of patients who have been discharged have reached 21,067.
The death toll remains 139 with the active cases at 3,782.
The GHS in its latest case management update said
25 persons are in severe condition whereas eight other critically ill individuals are on ventilators.
The health authority said so far, 331, 366 Covid-19 tests have been conducted.
Out of this number, 121, 062 are from routine surveillance while the remaining 210, 304 were from contact tracing.
