The 2019 edition of the Ghana Tech Summit has been scheduled to come off on December 13 and 14, in Accra.

The summit will see entrepreneurs, investors, government stakeholders and industry experts converge under one roof to address some challenges facing humanity via technology and entrepreneurship.

Themed,“Sankofa – ‘Go back and get it’; Redefining the Future of Africa,” this year’s edition would feature a lineup of over 40 media representatives from top-tier companies including Forbes, producers of this year’s summit, Inc Magazine, Fast Company, Black Enterprise and NY Times.

At its maiden edition last year, the summit featured over 100 speakers and 1000 attendees including pioneers from leading companies such as Google, Facebook, Uber, Twitter, IBM and Microsoft.

This year, the programme will welcome about 3000 guests, 100 speakers, and 88 partners over the course of two days of the Ghana Tech Summit and Ghana Tech Week.

A team of executives from Forbes Magazine and Forbes8 will also be present at the summit, including Tom Davis, Chief Growth Officer; Liz Walsh, VP of Marketing; Mary Baru- VP Content Strategy and Operations, all from Forbes Magazine and Amos Winbush III, founder at Forbes8.
