Ghanaian Actor Poisoned In Germany

Actor Salinko has been hospitalised after an alleged food poisoning in Germany.

Reports available indicate that Salinko’s drink and food were allegedly poisoned by an unknown person at a party he attended  in Hannover, Germany.

In a chat with BEATWAVES, the actor disclosed that he is responding positively to treatment at the hospital and is hopeful to be back to normal life very soon.

Salinko is in Germany for the late Ebony’s tribute concert which is slated for this weekend.

Salinko, who contested the Atwima Kwawoma Constituency parliamentary seat on the ticket of the Progressive People’s Party (PPP) in 2016, got 858 against the 42,264 votes which saw the New Patriotic Party (NPP) candidate, Dr Kojo Appiah-Kubi, emerging as MP for the constituency.

He is known for movies such as ‘The Mask’, ‘Me Judge Akasa’, ‘Ghana Police’, among others.

Born to Mr Essuman Kofi and the late Mary Ama Serwaa, Salinko is the fifth of seven children and comes from Duase Kenyase in the Ashanti Region.  He is married with two children.
