DJ K. Crakk believes Ghanaian event audiences are one of the best in the world he has ever experienced in his disc jockey career because they are mostly never “boring”.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with NEWS-ONE on Wednesday, he explained that “they are not difficult to please if only you know how Ghanaians love their music.”

“They like jamming to old songs if the song hasn’t be heard, it’s hardly for them to jam with… And for DJs we always discover new music and know it’s good for partying … But until the song is popular, and when you keep repeating old songs it makes the occasion boring at the other hand… that makes it difficult to pleases them,” he added.

DJ K .Crakk, born Francis Lomotey, is one of Ghana’s youngest DJs doing very well on the music scene. In 2016, he won the best night club DJ of the year at the Ghana DJ Awards.

His interest for disc jockeying started from age 12. He then started playing in school early 2010 before he got the opportunity to enter mainstream entertainment industry.

DJ K. Crakk now plays from one night club to another, as well as major events. His major stint into the spotlight was when he played at a Tigo Ghana Meets Naija concert in 2016.

At that concert, he stood in for Ghana as a battle DJ against a Nigerian DJ and won for Ghana. He since got the attention of event promoters like Bola Ray, among others.

He has, over the past two years, played at other shows such as VIP Sala Fest, Sarkodie’s Rapperholic, Bhim Concert (2018) and a long list of other events and also has a number of mixtapes to his credit.

Born on November 14, 1989, in Tema to Esther Agbo and Dominic Lomotey, Crakk believes he is heading to the top as one of the world’s best DJs of all time.
