The Johns Hopkins University says total confirmed cases of coronavirus globally has risen to 3,344, 402.
According to the University, total deaths now stand at 238,787.
It says total test results in the United States is now 6,551,810.
A day earlier, the University reported that the world had recorded 5,711 new deaths related to coronavirus.
Those deaths, it said, had moved the global tally from 227,705 to 233,416.
It had also reported a total of 62,344 new confirmed cases of coronavirus globally a day earlier.
