Gospel Reality Show Hits Top Gear

Kasa Musik

The maiden edition of the Ghana Gospel Music Icon Reality Show (GGMIRS) has hit top gear with just four weeks into the competition.

The reality show is a singing competition, with the primary objective of spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ through music. It is strictly urban and contemporary gospel reality show.

Its goal is to entertain and educate TV audience and inspire and unearth the music passion hidden in the youth.

So far, all the 17 contestants have demonstrated gross brilliance in their deliveries. However, low votes from some of the contestants have compelled seasoned judges – Vinny Kay and Lettra Davis to show five contestants the exit door.

Emceed by Miss Asiedua, the weekly show, which is held at the 2927 Centre, Tesano in Accra has proven to be a force to reckon with.

Organised by Lightway Church of God in Christ (LCGC) in California, USA, the contestants who have suffered eviction are Imonitie, Kess, Maa Lizzy, and Kasa Musik, with 13 contestants remaining.
