He made this known recently to journalists in Accra, describing the 150-year-old company as a market leader which had presence in more than 150 countries.

“Our business is to make it possible for the customer to improve their lifestyle which makes our products aesthetically superior, functionally desirable and space efficient.

“Our resolve to come to the African continent is based on the fact that African demands are getting like European demands. So, it is proper that we enter the market today,” Mr Goel noted.

He said Hettich was open to designers, carpenters, contractors, home owners, industry players and everyone who wanted to enjoy product satisfaction.

“We started our African operations recently for people in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Mauritius, Seychelles and Ghana. We are new to the African market so we are looking for partners.”

Mr Goel also touched on how Hettich was lighting up customers’ homes with colourful designs they chose.
