HIVE Commissions 14th Borehole In Wadie Adwumakase

HIVE Ecosystem has commissioned its 14th water borehole project at Adwumakase, in the Kwabre East Municipality of the Ashanti region.
The commissioning which took place on Sunday, December 11, 2023, witnessed residents of Wadie Adwumakase in excitement after years of water challenges in the community.
Addressing residents of Adwumakase, HIVE delegates led by Emmanuel Atta Appiah highlighted the relevance of portable drinking water in the development of society.
“Hive as part of its social responsibility has decided to provide potable water to communities in dire need of water for survival. And we are still on course to support as many communities as possible,” he said.
Emmanuel Atta Appiah cautioned the residents against wasting water and urged them to use it responsibly, and conserve it while teaching the next generation about its significance.
He further stated that Hive intends to grow hand in hand with rural communities, embracing a future powered by clean water and shared prosperity.
Chief linguist of Wadie Adwumakase, Nana Adu Acheampong, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Hive and the ecosystem for their unwavering dedication to enhancing the quality of life in rural areas.
Hive, a social media platform built on blockchain, was proud and excited about the milestone. This momentous occasion symbolizes not just the meeting of a basic need but also the spirit of collaboration and corporate social responsibility.
The inaugural celebration was graced by several distinguished guests, including hive representatives, notable Wadie Adwumakase community leaders and members.
