I Will Contest Dome-Kwabenya Seat – Oquaye Jnr Declares

Michael Oquaye Jnr has declared he is running for the Dome-Kwabenya parliamentary seat. He shared the news on Peace FM during an interview with Kwami Sefa Kayi, on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.

Michael Oquaye Jnr. told the people of Dome-Kwabenya, “When it’s time to pick up forms and file nominations, I’ll be there to represent you.” With a sense determination, Michael Oquaye Jnr expressed his commitment to the constituents of Dome-Kwabenya.

“I want to inform the people of Dome-Kwabenya, through your medium, that as soon as there’s an opening for picking up forms and filing of nomination, I, Michael Oquaye Jnr, will stand to represent the people of Dome-Kwabenya,” he declared.

This announcement comes at a time when Dome-Kwabenya has been dealing with challenges, and there are concerns about Sarah Adwoa Safo, who is the current Member of Parliament (MP) for the Dome-Kwabenya constituency.  Michael Oquaye Jnr.’s decision adds an interesting twist to the local political scene, offering residents a new choice.
