Ghanaian musician, Joe Mettle, says endorsing a betting company is something he will never do in this life as a gospel musician.
He disclosed this on Hitz FM with Andy Dosty on Thursday morning.
“If I am approached by a betting company for endorsement, it will be a firm ‘NO’. As a gospel musician, you need to know where to draw the line,” he stated.
“If a betting company approaches me to sponsor my KADOSH tour, I won’t take it. No company will give you money without expecting anything in return.
“I haven’t seen it in the Bible that betting is a sin, but anything that triggers your mind when you are about to do something (especially when the deed isn’t stated in the Bible as sinful), but if Jesus is standing next to you, will you do it,” he added.
