Paul Pogba has sparked yet more rumours regarding a potential move to Manchester United by reportedly dining out with Zlatan Ibrahimovic in Los Angeles.

Chef Bobby Chinn claims the duo and their families dined together in California with both players currently enjoying their time away from football following the conclusion of Euro 2016.

Chinn, who managed to take pictures with both Pogba and Ibrahimovic, has speculated that they spoke about Manchester United during their time together in the States.

He wrote on Instagram: ‘Ladies and gentlemen, let me clarify matters and set the record straight. I do not disturb celebrities in their free time, especially when they are with their families having dinner.

‘However, in this given moment, a friend of mine’s son was very excited to see Ibrahimovic and I could not help myself.

‘Nobody knew who they were and they dined undisturbed other than a very quick photo opp that took no more then 10 seconds, the magnitude of such stardom coupled with the #football transfer rumours with, #mufc interest in #pogba, knowing that #mourinho wants him and #Ibrahimovic #ibra_official, is already signed, and here they are in #losangeles eating in a swank restaurant TOGETHER, with their families.

‘I heavily doubt they met to talk about #ronaldo, or maybe they did! As a #lfc supporter, which I confessed to both of them, I’d love to see them both at #mufc, it only makes the #premierleague an even greater spectacle, especially with #cfc signing #conte #mcfc signing #guardiola will make it an even more exciting season. It just gets better and better!

‘Pogba didn’t say he was joining any club and I am sorry to speculate, but these two superstars were having dinner with their families together. A dinner that could have not taken place anywhere else without being disturbed by the press.’

While Ibrahimovic has already completed his summer move to Old Trafford, Pogba’s future remains up in the air due to Jose Mourinho’s interest in the midfielder.

Pogba, who left United to join Juventus on a free transfer in 2012, is said to be weighing up his options ahead of the new season.

His agent Mino Raiola has already helped United finalise deals for Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan this summer – so a third could be in the offing.

Pogba has refused to commit his future to Juventus and has labelled Manchester United his ‘first family’.

When asked about the recent speculation, Pogba told reporters: ‘That [Juventus] is my team, my family, where I am playing. I am very comfortable.

‘Real Madrid are a great club. Manchester United was my first family.’

The reporter then asked what he would do if Mourinho called and he replied: ‘I don’t know. Let’s see. For the moment I’m at Juve and I’m happy. I don’t know where I want to go.’

Mourinho hinted at his first press conference that he wanted one more player this summer to strengthen the squad he inherited from Louis van Gaal.

The Portuguese tactician said: ‘I am clear with my approach and model of player. I like one or two multi-functional players. You always need someone that can give you a hand.

‘From these targets we have three [Ibrahimovic, Mkhitaryan and Eric Bailly], until we have the fourth we are working hard on that, with Mr Woodward and the owners. When we have them we will breathe, we will be stable, and the market will still be open.’

United would have to stump up over £100m if they are to lure Pogba back to Old Trafford as Juventus are keen to keep hold of the midfielder.

As well as dining out with Ibrahimovic, Pogba has also caught up with Everton and Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku, who is also a Raiola client, at Los Angeles hotspot 1Oak.

Lukaku was seen leaving the nightclub in a car alongside Pogba, while their female friends rode home in bright pink luxury vehicles.
