Facilitation covered various aspects of the Pensions Law andobjectives of the Pensions Act (as amended); the role of HR in assisting staff better plan and prepare for retirement, as well as ensuring that employees are abreast with the new Act, among others.
Helena Poku, Commercial Director and OkyeameSarfo, Head of Relationship Managementof Petra Trust were speakers on the day. The seminar was held at the HR Centre, Nyaniba.
The presentation struck a chord with a number of the participants who requested the seminar be held annually, as it was long overdue.
