The founder of Alibaba, Jack Ma, has reportedly gone missing for about three months.
Local Chinese media reports say the billionaire has not been seen in public since he delivered his controversial speech on October 24, 2020.
In his speech, he accused the Chinese government of stifling innovation.
He went on to sharply condemn banking rules around the world, likening them to an ‘Old people’s club’.
Reports suggest he may have been secretly arrested by the Chinese Government.
He could not show up at the final episode of his own talent show, Africa’s Business Heroes.
