JAK Foundation Holds Leadership Workshop

The John Agyekum Kufuor (JAK) Foundation is expected to hold an international workshop and coaching on strategic leadership and management.

The workshop, the second in the series, is to be held in collaboration with INSEAD Humanitarian Research Group and Empower School of Health.

It’s expected to accelerate personal and professional transformation of participants by combining a three-phase approach, one-month self-assessment, three-day in-person workshop and six months of mentorship and coaching from 3-5 December, 2018.

According to information from the JAK Foundation’s official website, the workshop would be conducted with an approach that is both innovative and pragmatic mix of sessions which include foundational skills in management and leadership, with case-based and field-based learning and other experiential learning techniques, including seminars, interactive discussions, one-to-one personal coaching and group exercises. The workshops aim to be the push in the actualisation of leadership and management potential.”

There would be a mix of heads of state, politicians, CEOs and academics from the public, private and civil society sectors, including John Agyekum Kufuor, former President of Ghana, Prof. Paul S. Lalvani, Prof. Luk Van Wassenhove, Carol Squire, Prof. Baffour Agyeman-Duah, Daljit Singh, Ambassador Denis Broun and Dr. S Y. Quraishi.”
