Jide Kosoko
Nollywood veteran actor, Jide Kosoko, has expressed his unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, stating he has no regrets about voting for him.
Kosoko, appearing on the show ‘Curiosity Made Me Ask’ with content creator Bae U Barbie, emphasised that Tinubu is doing very well despite the challenges of fixing a battered economy.
When asked about whether people who voted for Tinubu should be bullied, Kosoko firmly responded, “That is their own business. Their own cup of tea. I am entitled to my opinion. I love the man I voted for. And I know he is doing well.”
He further elaborated, “He is doing well. If only you know how repairing things are, you will understand that he is doing very well.”
Explaining his reasons for supporting Tinubu, Kosoko said, “I voted for him because I have known him for a long time. And I have seen quite a lot of his contributions to nation-building.
“You cannot even talk about this present democracy that we are all enjoying without saying Tinubu’s name among the people who struggled for us to have it.”
