Joyce Blessing will be on the same stage with other world renowned gospel music greats at the maiden edition of the annual cultural and musical event dubbed ‘Ghana Fest Event’.
The one-day event, which is expected to attract Ghanaians living in the United States of America and Canada, will take place on Saturday, September 15 at Bachman Lake Park 3500 W Northwest Hwy Dallas, TX 75220, USA.
The maiden edition of the ‘Ghana Fest’, which is being organised by the Council of the Ghanaian Association and All Member Association in Texas, is also expected to attracted chiefs and queen mothers from various Ghanaian communities in the United States of America (USA).
The upcoming event, according to the management of the gospel artiste, will give Joyce Blessing the opportunity to worship with her fans in Texas, as well promote her music and brand.
As one of the country’s youngest celebrated gospel artistes, Joyce Blessing, who has inspired and propagated the gospel of Christ through soul-inspiring gospel songs, is expected to stage an extraordinary live to satisfy her fans who will attend the event.
She is credited with several hit songs such as ‘I Swerve’, ‘Boot For Boot, ‘Heavy Price’, ‘Menka Nkyere Obia’, among others.
Some of the activities lined up for the event are the tasting of traditional Ghanaian dishes, fashion show, beauty pageant and an exotic cultural display by various ethnic groups from Ghana.
Smart/casual and formal ‘kente’ clothing and Ghanaian fashion designs for both male and female, Ghanaian artifacts, cosmetics, herbal products and other made-in-Ghana products will be sold on the day.
