Managing Director (MD) of Kasapreko, Richard Adjei, has commended Global Media Alliance (GMA) for its great initiative to organise an event such as Music, Magic & Comedy (MMC Live) that serves as a platform to appreciate more than one facet of the entertainment industry.

He explained that “entertainment covers a broad area, including music, sports, movies, comedy among others, but we seem to focus on just few leaving the others to drown.”

According to him, “Comedy is one of the important facets of the industry with great potentials among the youth. That is why as a company we are happy to support and be part of GMA’s initiative to draw a picture of how we can help young people develop and grow their talent.”

He further encouraged the youth who have discovered their talents in the entertainment industry to enrich those talents to enable them function effectively in their fields.

“With such a great idea by GMA, creating a platform for the youth to showcase themselves, I’ll advise those with such talents to take every opportunity that comes their way to help improve themselves,” he added.

Commenting on the event, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Global Media Alliance, Ernest Boateng, stated that “we are very positive about this year’s event. It’s the third edition and with previous experiences, we promise this is going to be mega.”

He said, “GMA will continue to give Ghanaians the best in live entertainment because we believe entertainment is part of us. Having music, magic and comedy from great performers is surely a great way to relax from our tedious activities.”
