Peter Cudjoe, the father of Andrew Keche, a member of the Keche music group, has over the weekend been laid to rest.
This was after a solemn funeral ceremony in Tema where Mr. Cudjoe’s remains were laid in state.
The ceremony was held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at Tema Community 2 on Saturday.
It was all tears as mourners filed past his remains in the church auditorium.
The body was subsequently moved to Ahenkofkrom in Sekondi of the Western Region where he was buried and also a thanksgiving service was held on Sunday.
Andrew lost his dad on Friday, May 21, 2021, at age 71.
He shared visuals of the funeral ceremony and penned a heartfelt tribute to eulogize his late father.
“Rest Well Daddy. Rest Well My Best Friend. Rest Well The One Who Understands Me Better. Always Gonna Be Here In Our Heart. Bye Bye Daddy, Bye Bye Man AP,” he wrote.
