Kisa Gbekle presenting the items to Agnes Ofosu-Boateng
Ahead of her birthday on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, actress and movie producer Kisa Gbekle donated some items to the children’s department of the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra.
The move was part of her social responsibility project to give back to society and also put smiles on the faces of sick children at the unit.
Kisa was accompanied by Bra Charles of YOLO fame, Jeffery Notey, Victoria Lebene, Prince David, Kwasi Brown, among others, who were there to support her.
Among items donated were cartons of soft drinks, bags of T-roll, biscuits, water, diapers and many others.
Kisa and her team shared the items to children at the various wards before they left.
“It gives me joy to support these young people. Thank God for giving me the strength and always aiding me to do this donation,” Kisa said.
The principal nursing at the hospital, Madam Agnes Ofosu-Boateng, thanked the actress for her continuous support to the children’s department and called on others to emulate her worthy example.
