Kojo Antwi, Kofi Kinaata Set For London Concert

 

Two celebrated Ghanaian highlife musicians, Kojo Antwi and Kofi Kinaata, will headline a musical concert slated for the Dominion Centre in London on September 7, 2024.

The purpose of the event, according to the organisers, is to unite their fan base in the UK on a single platform, enjoy themselves and dance to their favourite songs that were popular a few years ago.

With their countless hit songs, the two acts are expected to wow music lovers with their relentless, high-energy performances.

Select acts, such as Davison Band, will share the stage with Kojo Antwi and Kofi Kinaata, guaranteeing nonstop performances throughout the evening.

Other surprise performers are scheduled to make an appearance that evening.

The night will undoubtedly bring back happy memories for lovers and leave couples with memorable experiences that they will remember for years to come, according to the event organisers.

Expect incredible performances by Kojo Antwi and Kofi Kinaata, whose songs and stage presence have garnered a significant fan base.

The legendary Kojo Antwi, who has a vast career, will be entertaining guests that evening with hits from his eleven studio albums.

Kojo Antwi, also known as Mr. Music Man, is anticipated to delight listeners with a number of his hit songs, including ‘Amirika’, ‘Nfa Me Nko Ho’, ‘Densu’, ‘Adiepena’, ‘Me Die Ne Woa’, ‘Medofo Pa’, ‘Dadie Anoma’, and numerous others.

Born Julius Kojo Antwi, the Afro-pop, highlife and reggae icon first released a music album as far back as 1986.

Singing in English and Twi, Kojo Antwi has worked with international stars such as Hugh Masekela, Miriam Makeba among others.  He has performed on many local and international music platforms.

One of Ghana’s best highlife performers, Kofi Kinaata, is a hitmaker of the song ‘Things Fall Apart’ and is currently performing well in the music industry. He is sure to amaze his London fans with incredible performances.

Songs like ‘Things Fall Apart’, ‘Confession’, ‘Behind The Scenes’, ‘Sweetie Pie’, and most recently, ‘Thy Grace’, are well-known to fans of Kofi Kinaata.

Kofi Kinaata has done collaborations with artistes such as Sarkodie, Shatta Wale, Samini, Stonebwoy, Jayso, Becca, Kwesi Arthur and a host of others.
