This follows Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate’s invasion of the area.
Scores of people in the Ashanti Regional capital were spotted gulping Kalyppo Juice Drink like nobody’s business.
Some of the people were even seen waving their Kalyppo drinks at Nana Akufo-Addo’s convoy.
Kalyppo had become the number one juice drink of Ghanaians of all ages in recent times.
This follows a picture of Nana Akufo-Addo, drinking Kalyppo, which went viral on the social media.
Kwabena Nyame, an ardent supporter of NPP in Kumasi, was also seen drinking Kalyppo.
He told DAILY GUIDE that whatever Nana Akufo-Addo touches turns to gold, citing Kalyppo as an example.
Mr. Nyame said he started drinking Kalyppo after seeing Nana Akufo-Addo’s picture on the social media.
He urged NPP supporters to continue drinking Kalyppo till the day Nana Akufo-Addo will become president.
