Kwik Action To Celebrate 20 Years In Music Industry

Popular music producer, sound engineer and gospel artiste, Joseph Appiah, known in the music scene as Kwik Action, has announced his intention to mark his 20th anniversary in music with a number of activities to entertain music fans.

Kwik Action, a household name in Ghanaian music, has paid his dues as a renowned producer and sound engineer with good track record.

As part of activities lined up for the celebration, there will be a musical concert which will feature celebrated music icons which include his mentor Elder Dr. Kwasi Mireku and a host of others.

Before the concert, Kwik Action will host a cocktail party for family, friends and the media to officially announce the programme line up for the celebration at a venue to be announced soon.

The cocktail party, according to him, will serve as a networking and socialisation platform for radio and television personalities, celebrities and music stakeholders.

Other activities include listening party of the 1992 Constitution audio version as well as thanksgiving musical concert.

The young music producer who is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of S24 Studios disclosed plans of making donations to some needy institutions in the capital.

Kwik Action recently launched a gospel album titled ‘Holy Praise’ after his trip from the United Kingdom.

The sound engineer, who is gearing up for a media tour and as part of activities to push his gospel music ministry, has worked with seasoned icons such as Ohemma Mercy, Cindy Thompson, Mary Ghansah, Jane and Bernice, VIP, Buk Bak, Obrafuor, Ofori Amponsah, Okomfo Kwadee, Blackk Rasta, Afro Moses and a host of others.

Last year, Goldfields Ghana appointed him as ambassador for its COVID-19 Community Campaign.

Since his appointment, he has been working together with the team in the battle against the coronavirus pandemic in Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipality.

The project seeks to inform, educate and interact with people living in rural areas to ensure those in the area and beyond adhere to the COVID-19 precautionary measures.

The project has also introduced the concept of producing and recording COVID-19 adverts in various Ghanaian languages such as Twi, Nzema, Ewe, and Hausa among others, to drum home the message to the ordinary person.

Kwik Action is the brain behind the production of an audio version of the 1992 Constitution, which is currently going through editing.

He said he decided to produce the audio version of the 1992 Constitution in some selected local languages for those who cannot read and write.
