Born Regina Lamisi Awiniman Anabilla Akukainlate, Lamisi has delighted fans with energetic performances in Accra and other parts of the country.
After a number of years with the Patch Bay Band as a lead singer, she released ‘Tanka Fanka’, which marked her debut solo career, an album that resulted in rave reviews and led to diverse performances in various venues.
Also a composer, Lamisi is awesome and elegant with great body language. Indeed, her performances always take the audience on a musical journey alongside a strong connection with through rhythmic singing and syncopation.
