“This award ceremony is a testament to our strong relationship, and I’m delighted to share that this is the third formal award ceremony under sponsorship.”
During the 2022/2023 academic year, 12 students benefited; the 2023/2024 academic year recorded a total of 21 students; and the 2024/2025 academic year recorded 26 student beneficiaries.

“As Lebanon faces unprecedented challenges at home, I commend your commitment to supporting the next generation through UniMAC and its students. Your generosity will profoundly impact their lives and prospects,” he added.
Lebanese Ambassador, Maher Kheir, has assured the university of the Embassy’s commitment to strengthening its relationships through its scholarship scheme, to help support needy but brilliant students.
He added that the awardees had demonstrated remarkable dedication, creativity, and commitment to their studies and communities.
“As future journalists, filmmakers, communicators, and artists, they will shape the way we perceive the world. Receiving this scholarship is more than financial support – it’s a vote of confidence in their hard work and a stepping stone to new possibilities.
“Our students, you deserve this recognition. May it inspire you to challenge conventions, innovate, and push boundaries,” he added.
Ambassador Kheir further expressed gratitude to the Lebanese community, saying, “Thank you for believing in the power of education and making a difference in these students’ lives. Let’s continue to foster a culture that celebrates excellence, promotes creativity, and opens doors to every young individual.”
