Ex-President John Mahama has voted in the parliamentary and presidential elections.
The former President and flagbearer of the NDC cast his ballot at the Bole Bamboi Constituency around 10.00am.
There was tight security at the Centre were he voted.
Mr Mahama has been voting in the Bole Bamboi Constituency since 1992.
Speaking to journalists after casting his ballot, the former President said he was expecting the voting process to be generally smooth.
