The Makeup and Hair Reality Show Africa, will start airing on TV Africa from the second week in January 2022.
According to organisers of the maiden edition, Inner Works Creatives, lovers of the reality show should stay glued to TV Africa for the exciting show.
The Makeup and Hair Reality Show is a television programme targeted at amateur makeup businesses that aspire to become professionals, and seeks to equip them with the requisite knowledge in the field.
The goal of the reality show is to educate, inspire and unearth the makeup passion hidden in the youth.
Auditions were held for interested contestants in Accra at the Oasis Studios at Adabraka on Friday, November 5, with the second phase of the auditions being held at the Kumasi Cultural Centre on November 13, 2021.
Twenty participants were selected from Accra and Kumasi for both hair and makeup artistry after the auditions. The show will commence in January 2022 with various tasks given to contestants to showcase their talents in a thirteen-week reality show.
Like other reality shows, participants would be evicted based on their votes and performance for the week, with various packages presented to evictees.
Winners will be presented a cash amount each, with a fully furnished salon, and a travel package among others.
