Miss Ghana Organisation Hosts Dinner Party For Rumzia Sule & Fatimatu Zara

 

Exclusive Events Ghana, the Miss Ghana Organisation on Friday hosted a special welcome dinner for Miss Ghana 2026, Rumzia Sule, following her return from the Miss World 2026 festival.

The event, held at Le Pavilion Restaurant from 6pm, also doubled as a birthday celebration for Miss Ghana 2026 first runner-up Fatimatu Zara Ishacu, bringing together personalities from the media, entertainment and beauty sectors.

Among personalities present were Abeiku Santana, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Tourism Authority, and Media personalities Edem Tortsome, Mustapha Ayinde, and Audrey Adiamah of the Miss Ghana Organisation.

Former Miss Ghana, Nana Ama Benson, along with a host of other personalities, joined the celebration, which featured music, food, drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere for the Miss Ghana family to reconnect.

The gathering also provided an opportunity to celebrate Rumzia’s international representation of Ghana and her achievements during the Miss World 2026 festival, while acknowledging Zara’s birthday milestone.

The Miss Ghana Organisation, which oversees the country’s premier national beauty pageant, has for decades used the platform to promote Ghanaian women, culture, tourism and social causes. The organisation also provides contestants with opportunities to participate in advocacy and community-focused initiatives, with winners representing Ghana at international beauty competitions.

The 2026 edition marked the 69th edition of Miss Ghana, held under the theme “Empowering Women, Enduring Legacy.” Rumzia Sule emerged as the winner, with Fatimatu Zara Ishacu and Whitney Opoku Nketia as first and second runners-up, respectively; Anita Dankwa and Nedlyn Appiah also finished among the top contestants.

Friday’s gathering brought the Miss Ghana family together once again to celebrate the contestants’ journeys and strengthen the relationships built during the pageant.
