Bright Semanu Atta in a handshake with Thomas Dagbo, Group CEO of Dagbo Ltd after the partnership agreement
Modello Properties Ltd, a wholly-owned Ghanaian property development company, has entered into partnership with Dagbo Incorporated, a US-based firm, to construct 20,000 housing units across Ghana over the next 10 years.
The first of the units – Modello City Homes – are to be sited in three different locations in Greater Accra Region, namely Oyarifa, Amasaman and Prampram.
According to Bright Semanu Atta, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Modello Properties Ltd, such cooperation is aimed at complementing government’s effort at augmenting Ghana’s housing needs and reducing the current deficit which stands at 2 million.
