Nana Agradaa
Evangelist Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Agradaa, says her time in prison was far from easy, revealing that she was made to carry heavy building blocks as part of her daily duties.
Speaking in a video circulating on social media, the founder of Heaven Way Champion International Ministry dismissed claims that she received special treatment because of her celebrity status.
“It wasn’t easy at all. We carried blocks from inside the prison to the outside, and when returning, we carried another block back inside. We did that over and over again. It is a serious matter,” she said.
Agradaa said the physically demanding work took a toll on her health and left her ill during her incarceration.
She also addressed claims that she was never imprisoned, saying many people questioned her prison experience because she looked healthy after her release.
“I came back and heard people saying Agradaa never went to prison. I just looked at them quietly and said it is God that is why I look like I was never in prison,” she stated.
According to Agradaa, she endured pain, tears and hardship while serving her sentence but has chosen to leave the ordeal behind and thank God for seeing her through.
