Rapper, Tic Tac has said that his lack of interest in women when he was younger led some people to believe he was gay.
The veteran musician said his reserved attitude towards women was influenced by his upbringing and sometimes made him avoid intimate situations even when he was with a woman.
Speaking on television show, Tic Tac said people would openly tell him they thought he was gay because of the way he interacted with women.
“I didn’t like women too much, so some people thought I was gay. People used to tell me that I’m gay, but it’s because of my upbringing,” he said.
He explained that there were times when he would take a woman to his room but lose interest when the situation became intimate.
According to him, he would then make excuses to avoid the encounter.
“If a woman should strip herself naked in front of me, I will run away. I can take a woman to my room and when it’s time to have fun, I would give an excuse that my stomach was paining me,” he shared.
Tic Tac said he preferred to follow his instincts whenever he no longer felt attracted to a woman rather than force himself into an intimate situation.
“That’s because the feeling is no longer there. Something is telling me I can’t do anything with you, and I will follow it,” he added.
He said the situation could make him sweat profusely, adding that he could even leave the woman and walk away.
“I will be sweating profusely and you might think it’s pressure. I can even leave you inside and walk out,” he said.
