NDC Chairman, 10 Others Suspended At Daboya/Mankarigu Constituency

Information gathered by DGN Online indicates that the NDC Chairman, Alhaji Yahaya Mohammed Mutala, and other 10 members of the Daboya/Mankarigu constituency of the National Democratic Congress have been suspended for gross disrespectfulness during the December 7 polls.

The other 10 include: Attah Hardi, Branch Communication Officer, Mahama Shaibu, Branch Youth Organizer Issahaku Takora, Branch Communication Officer, Alhaji Yahaya Mohammed Mutala, Constituency Chairman, and Sulemana Mohammed Jak, Executive committee member.
Achulo Damba Ashagu, Coopted MemberNuhu Washibu, Branch Communication OfficerIssah Alidu, Branch Organizer, Oldman Moru, Branch Communication Officer, Thomas Bahie Forgtah, Branch Secretary and Mohammed Alidu, Branch Organizer.
According to sources, the NDC Chairman, Mohammed Mutala and the 10 other polling station / zonal executives of the Savannah region have been served with a suspension notice following the alleged gross misconduct during the 2020 general elections.

A letter sighted by DGN Online and signed by the Constituency Secretary of the NDC, Gazari Muniru, stated that the Constituency Executive Committee of the NDC in the Daboya Mankarigu Constituency has suspended with immediate effect.

It also indicated that some party executives misconducted themselves during the just-ended Presidential and Parliamentary elections which are against Article 40 of the party’s constitution, saying, they remain suspended pending the hearing and final determination by the Disciplinary Committee.
