Murtala Mohammed
Former Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Murtala Mohammed, has won in the Tamale Central Parliament primaries of the NDC.
He polled 737 votes to defeat Rahaman Gundadow , former MCE of Tamale who garnered 319 votes and Alhassan Adam who secured181 votes.
Mr. Mohammed thanked the Tamale Central delegates for believing in him and assured them that he would do everything possible to retain the seat for the NDC.
