Three Ghanaian gospel music greats are gearing up for a night of music and praise in some selected European countries in September.
Noble Nketsiah, Obaapa Christy and Lord Kenya will be headlining ‘A Night of Unlimited Praise’ in eight European countries come next month.
The event, which is set to kick off in Amsterdam on September 22 at the No Limit Community Center, Geldershoofd, is organised under the auspices of a Ghanaian NGO, Care Enough Foundation.
The NGO will be partnering with Amsterdam-based events companies — William 1601 and Warriors of the Kingdom — for the series of gospel concerts in the eight countries.
The kick-off concert in Amsterdam will feature the top three Ghanaian gospel artistes with support from some Europe-based artistes.
Noble Nketsiah and Lord Kenya will be joined by a number of Europe-based artistes to continue the Europe tour in Amsterdam on September 25, 2018, at Reigersbos 100C, Zuidoost and in Belgium on September 28, 2018 at 54 Rue Gheude, 1070 Brussels.
According to the organisers, dates and supporting artistes for concerts in Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Sweden and the United Kingdom will be announced on September 1.
The tour, according to Noble Nketsiah’s manager, Larry Ekow Hagan, “Primarily seeks to create a platform to gather lovers of Ghanaian gospel music in Europe to praise the King of Creation, while we raise funds for Kids-Off-the-Streets Ghana, a project that supports street children in Ghana.”
Care Enough is a foundation that seeks to make a long-term impact on society by helping underprivileged children, particularly those living on the streets of Ghana.
