Electoral Commission (EC) officials have started sorting ballot papers for the parliamentary primaries of New Patriotic Party in the Ada Constituency of the Greater Accra Region.
A total of 419 delegates from 73 polling stations casted their ballots
at the Ada Community Centre.
Sarah Dugbakie Pobee, District Chief Executive (DCE) for the Ada East District Assembly and Betty Atsupe Gorleku Quarshie, government appointee locked horns in the all female contest.
Meanwhile, counting is expected to commence immediately after sorting.
