Nurse Turns Gospel Musician

Lydia Antwi Boasiako, a nurse has released another mind blowing gospel music album titled “Jesus Is My Master” which will be launched later this year in Accra.

Lydia, whose previous album, ‘Thank You Baba’ has a hit gospel song titled ‘Yi Mame’, has developed a strong passion for spreading the gospel of Christ through music.

Her 10-track album which would be launched in November this year is a great delight to listen to, as the lyrics focus on real life issues.

The lyrics of the gospel hit song, Jesus Is My Master which is a mid-tempo afro beat that glorifies Jesus and has a good vocal power with sensational and inspiring rhythm to meet the demand of music lovers.

The hit song on the album which is yet to enjoy airplay both on radio and television is truly a good finished product.

The SH-produced song has Lydia Boasiako singing about Jesus Christ overtly, praising him and calling him “my master, my teacher”.

According to the management of SH Record, Lydia’s yet to be released album has what it takes to bring the heavens down and empower one to burst into worship.

Her management said that Lydia’s songs had made a lot of impact in the music scene in Ghana, adding that ever since she released the ‘Thank You Baba’ album, Lydia, who is also known as Sister Lydia had gained more recognition as a great singer whose inspiring songs never fail to have a progressive impact on the music industry in Ghana.

Having sung for several years, Lydia has the voice that appeals to both Christians and non-Christians alike and the content of her songs are really motivating.
