This year’s edition of the annual street jam dubbed “Oofroad Festival” will take place on December 23 and 24 at the Kakraba Junction (Nyayano Road) at Kasoa in the Central Region.
Being organised by Oofroad Entertainment in partnership with Frankie Rhymz and Friends, the organisers said measures were being put in place to make the event historic.
Activities lined-up include car exhibition, bikini car wash, and motorbike show, among others.
The event is expected to attract thousands of music fans from all walks of life.
Over 30 performing hiplife, dancehall, Afropop and highlife artistes have been invited to perform at the event which has DKB and Don Little as the MCs.
Some of the artistes billed for the event which has Frankie Rhymz as the headline act include Tinny, DJ Azonto, Patapaa, Ayittey Powers, Nii Funny, Bukom Banku and a host of others who will deliver back-to-back performances.
The artistes will perform alongside some selected DJs such as DJ Lord Dash, DJ Pascal, DJ Lomo, DJ Shati and a host of others.
The organisers have promised to make the event one of a kind, adding that the event will at least last for eight hours.
