Prestige Project Takes Off At Airport City

Youssef Aitour cutting the sod for construction to begin

 

The sod has been cut for the commencement of the construction of a new development, christened Prestige within Airport City.

The facility, to be situated on 2.88 acres of land, adjacent to the Airport Shell Fuel Station and directly opposite the Marina Mall is expected to add to the beauty of the Airport skyline and redefine luxury living.

Speaking at the ceremony, Co-Founder and Managing Director of i2 Development Ghana Limited, project developer, Youssef Aitour, expressed his satisfaction at the cooperation receives from stakeholders for the project so far.

He said with the need funding secured, the project was ready to commence.

He said the facility will have modern offices, shopping centers, residential properties, and play area for children.

Rev. Steve Osei, Chief Director of the Ministry of Works and Housing, conveyed the sector Minister’s best wishes for the project.

He said the government was committed to partnering the private sector to deliver houses for all classes of people.

“I am sure this project is going to create a lot of employment for the benefit of Ghanaians and we wish i2 and all their partners well in this project and we pray for God’s blessings on it,” he said.

General Manager of Michelleti and Co. general contractors, Ernest Taricone, said the project is expected to cater to the ultimate luxury living whether one opts for a studio, one or two-bedroom, or a penthouse.

He further noted that the green spaces on the ground, on each of the levels, and the incorporation of sustainable open spaces as part of the Prestige, will create a luxury sanctuary within the city for residents at affordable prices.

Casa Trasacco is a preferred partner for the project and will add a touch of elegance for each apartment within the Prestige.
