Prince Imoru Andani Interred In Tamale

Former Northern Regional Minister during the Kufuor regime, Prince Imoru Andani, who passed on last Monday at the 37 Military Hospital in Accra, was interred yesterday in Tamale.

Prince Imoru Andani, a key figure in the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) campaign in the Northern Region, was until his transition the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ghana Integrated Iron and Steel Development Corporation (GIISDC).

His sudden death after a brief illness shocked many of his friends and admirers.

The remains of the Dagbon royal were conveyed to Tamale by air shortly after he breathed his last.

His former Ghana Secondary School, Tamale, will miss the fine gentleman who contributed immensely to the fortunes of the NPP in the Northern Region and across the country.

His burial attracted a massive turnout of party faithful and other admirers.
