Richmond Turkson Sintim chief executive officer of Richturk Advertising and Marketing Agency has donated a number of items to the inmates of the Nyamedua Children’s Home at Ashaley Botwe in Accra.
The items donated to the Help Age Ghana included household items such biscuits, boxes of water, toiletries, soft drinks and cash among many others.
Presenting the items to the management of the home, Mr Richmond Turkson Sintim said that the donation was part of his effort to support the less- privileged in society.
He added that it had been his objective to assist the needy as well as orphans, widows, among others, as the Bible teaches.
He appealed to individuals and organisations to show their love by donating to the needy in the society.
He mentioned that many homeless people move about without any source of income or idea of where their next meal is going to come from; hence he took the opportunity to support some of them.
“I’m therefore pleading to civil society groups and other non-governmental organisations to come in to support the less privileged in our society,” he stressed.
“I will urge everyone to look back and support the less privileged in order for them to achieve their goals. I will do whatever I can to support this orphanage home,” he said.
The management of the home commended Richmond Turkson Sintim and urged the public to emulate his example.
