As part of efforts to reach out to the needy and less privileged in the society, two non-governmental organisations, Sir Diagnose International (SDI) and DabinNti International, have donated some items to the New Life Children Home Nungua in Accra.

This is part of the two NGOs’ African charity tour.

The President of SDI, George Ntiamoah, and Co-chair of DabinNti International, Daniel Dabin, on Sunday, February 2 made the donation when they visited home.

They were accompanied by Chillitupa Zevallos from the United Kingdom who led children in some fun games as the ‘Tiger Fit’ challenge.

It was their third visit to the home in a span of two years.

Among items donated include bags of rice, gallons of cooking oil, packs of bottled water and footballs.

Present on the day were Kumasi branch delegates of DabinNti International, Kofi Asare Bediako and Opoku David, as well as its head of Ghana operations, Apostle Eric Ansah Isaac.

The founders of the NGOs and their Ghanaian guests were honoured and overwhelmed by talents displayed by the children and promised to be back soon to continue with the good work started.

The founder of the orphanage, Mr. Cephas Nii Mensah Botwe II, expressed his profound gratitude to the two organisations and asked that they visit often to engage the children in more activities.
