Exclusive Events Ghana, organisers of Miss Ghana beauty pageant, will today launch the 2019 edition of the oldest and the longest running beauty contest in Ghana at the Tang Place Hotel in Accra to kick-start the search for the next queen.

The annual event seeks to select queens who best fit the agenda of the Miss Ghana Foundation.

Winners of the pageant are, therefore, expected to use the medium to change and transform the lives of deprived people and also help empower the vulnerable.

Last year, the organisers also redirected the essence of the pageant’s monetary gains to also working vigorously to touch the lives of Ghanaians via the Miss Ghana Foundation.

Nana Ama Benson (Miss Ghana 2018) and her runners up— Laila Issaka and Elizabeth Mary Maclean — have been working hard in that regard.

NEWS-ONE has gathered that the organisation will announce some new developments to the brand in addition to information on auditions at the launch.

Friday’s event will start 9:00am, and it is expected to attract a number of stakeholders from the beauty pageant industry, government and members of the diplomatic corps.
