Seven Great Princes Explains Sports Event Delay

Yvette Brown

Renovation works currently ongoing at the Kaneshie Sports Complex (Azumah Nelson) has compelled Seven Great Princes Academy to shelve its sporting activities for the year, Yvette Brown, a tutor at the Latebiokorshie school, has announced.

Noted for its academic and sporting prowess in the country, the school is waiting on the completion of the Kaneshie Sports facility to embark on its sporting activities for this year.

A tour of the facility last week indicated that it will be completed in May this year.

Yvette Brown said in an interview, “We know the value and importance of sports in the lives of our students, so we place much value on it. Like the proverbial all work and no play…the school place much importance on sports; no wonder Asamoah Gyan, one of the world’s finest was a student of this great school.

“The Complex has always been our venue for the sporting activities, we trust what the contractor has said,  we are waiting patiently for its completion for this year’s event, as we keep saying if you fail to give your wards the very best education foundation, they struggle, that is what we do, it’s all inclusive; education, sports, sciences and all. We sincerely apologise to all parents and guardians for the delay in this year’s event.”
