South Africans Demand Justice For AKA

No arrests have been made so far following the gruesome murder of South African BET award-winning rapper AKA known in real life as Kiernan Forbes.
AKA was sadly shot and killed on camera outside a popular Durban restaurant on Friday, February 10, 2023.

Some South Africans have moved to Twitter to question the police’s inability to arrest the perpetrators behind AKA’s murder.

Some sections of the populace have alleged that his murder was masterminded by prominent individuals in the country, hence the police are unable to bring the offenders to book.

#JusticeforAKA has trended on Twitter following an earlier post by Nadia Nakai, the late musician’s girlfriend expressing how she has not come to terms with the fact that AKA was dead and no suspect arrested.

“This pain is just too much to bear,” Nakai wrote alongside a video collage of herself and the rapper on Instagram.

“Everyone says it’s something I will learn to live with. I just don’t believe it. Every day it just gets worse. I don’t know how to deal with this.” she added.

“The two shooters who killed AKA and Tibz followed different paths leading up to the murders. It was planned and executed with precision.

It wasn’t their first time; probably cost lots of money. Who wanted AKA dead so bad?

#JusticeForAKA #Aka”.

“Let’s make Kiernan Forbes AKAs and Tebello Tibz trend every Friday until Justice is served In the beginning Till the last day together Rest Easy Gents #JusticeForAKA”.

The aforementioned comments were contained in a series of tweets sighted by DGNonline.
